New Feature: Automated Training Notifications

Training Manager Web Edition now sends automated email alerts when required training is upcoming or overdue, so personnel, supervisors, and training teams stay informed without having to run a report or log in to check.

Three Notification Types

  • Personnel Alerts: Sent directly to each person listing their own upcoming or overdue training
  • Supervisor Digests: A rollup of each supervisor's direct reports and their training status
  • Training Team Digests: A tenant-wide summary sent to your configured training team address

Weekly or Monthly Cadence

Each notification type can be scheduled to run weekly or monthly, on the day and time that works best for your organization. Notifications are only sent when there is actually something to report—if everyone is up to date, no email is sent.

Getting Started

Configure and enable the notifications by clicking the Automated Notifications link in the left hand menu on the main "Options" page.
